Following deliberation, the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Jiangxi Provincial Medical Device Industry Association and the Third Session of its Second Council are hereby scheduled to convene on September 21, 2018, at the Binjiang Reception Center of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee. Relevant matters are notified as follows:

Following deliberation, the 2017 Annual Meeting of the Jiangxi Provincial Medical Device Industry Association and the Third Session of its Second Council are hereby scheduled to convene on September 21, 2018, at the Binjiang Reception Center of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
I. Meeting Time
Meeting Time: September 21, 9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Registration Time: September 20, 2:30 PM–8:00 PM
Registration Location: Lobby on the first floor of Building 11
II. Meeting Venue
Jiangxi Provincial Committee Binjiang Guesthouse (No. 216, Aiguo Road, Nanchang; Hotel Front Desk Phone: 0791-86242740)
III. Meeting Agenda
1. Establish a contingency plan for the Party branch organization.
2. Review the Association’s 2017 Work Summary Report and the 2018 Work Plan;
3. Review the Association’s 2017 Financial Work Report;
4. Notification of the election of additional vice presidents and executive directors, among other matters;
5. Proposed draft amendment to the association’s articles of association for discussion.
IV. Attendees
1. All director units.
2. Special guests include leaders from the Provincial Department of Civil Affairs, the Provincial Commission of Industry and Information Technology, the Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, the Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce, and the Food and Drug Administration, among others.
V. Other Matters
1. During the proceedings of this Board of Directors’ meeting, all expenses for meals and accommodation shall be borne by the Association.
2. All units are requested to submit the meeting confirmation form to the association’s email address by September 12.
