On the afternoon of April 1, 2023, to the stirring strains of the national anthem, the Second Session of the Seventh Workers’ Congress of Jiangxi Hongda Medical Device Group Co., Ltd. convened in the fourth-floor conference room of the company’s headquarters office building. The meeting was chaired by Shu Junwei, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, with a total of 83 duly appointed delegates in attendance. The congress heard and deliberated on the “2022 Trade Union Work Report” presented by Fu Pingbo, Vice Chairman of the company’s trade union, as well as the “Report on the Use of Membership Dues in 2022 and the Allocation of Trade Union Funds for 2023” delivered by Zhu Aizhen, Chairperson of the Financial Review Committee. It also reviewed and approved the explanation provided by Shu Junwei, Manager of the Human Resources and Administration Department, regarding revisions to documents such as the “Labor Contract” and the “Employee Code of Conduct.” Finally, Wang Haiyin, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Group, delivered an important address.

Comrade Fu Pingbo, Vice Chairman of the Group Trade Union, delivered a report that reviewed and summarized the trade union’s achievements in 2022. Under the leadership of the company’s Party branch, the union united and guided the broad ranks of cadres and employees, closely focusing on the annual work objectives and core tasks, and vigorously carried out its activities. The report also analyzed the current situation and challenges. Comrade Fu urged all employees to align themselves with the tasks and goals set forth at this conference, further emancipate their minds, strive for innovation, elevate trade union work to a new level, and make even greater contributions to the harmonious development of Hongda Company.

Zhu Aizhen, Director of the Group Trade Union’s Financial Review Committee, presented a report on the 2022 utilization of union dues and the 2023 allocation of union expenses.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Wang Haiyin, Secretary of the Party Branch of the Group Company, delivered a speech. He fully commended the trade union’s achievements over the past year and stated that the company’s Party and administrative leadership team would remain true to its original aspirations, continuing to provide steadfast support for the company’s development. He also pledged to further safeguard employees’ rights and interests by delivering tangible results and addressing their concerns. Looking ahead, all cadres and employees are encouraged to renew their spirit, redouble their efforts, strive with determination, and overcome challenges, diligently performing their duties and making due contributions to achieving the Group Company’s annual business objectives.
