Deepening the integration of industry and education and strengthening university–enterprise cooperation are crucial pathways for seamlessly aligning the education and talent chains with the industrial and innovation chains. On December 8, Ren Qiang, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Fuzhou Campus of Changjiang College at East China University of Technology, together with Dr. Yan, Secretary of the Party Committee of Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College, and other members of the delegation, paid a visit to Jiangxi Hongda Medical Device Group Co., Ltd. to exchange views and discuss ways to further deepen industry–education integration and university–enterprise collaboration. Zeng Baobin, Director of the Jinxian County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, and other relevant leaders accompanied the group.

Leaders from the Yangtze College of East China University of Technology and Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College gained an in-depth understanding of Hongda Group’s development trajectory, product R&D, technological innovation, and market applications. The two sides engaged in thorough discussions and exchanges on how to further deepen industry–education integration and university–enterprise cooperation.

Donghua University of Science and Technology’s Changjiang College and Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College are both well‑known institutions of higher education in Jiangxi Province, boasting abundant educational resources and a strong talent pool. Meanwhile, Hongda Group, a leading medical device manufacturer in the province, possesses state‑of‑the‑art production facilities and robust technological capabilities. Both parties unanimously agree that, through university–enterprise collaboration, they can leverage their respective strengths to jointly cultivate high‑quality, technically skilled professionals who meet market demands.

Zeng Baobin, Director of the Jinxi County Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, stated that the government will provide full support for the industry–university–enterprise cooperation between Changjiang College of East China University of Technology, Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College, and Hongda Group, establishing additional platforms for collaboration and offering greater policy assistance. At the same time, the government will actively promote coordinated efforts among government, educational institutions, and enterprises, fostering an integrated link between talent development and employment and ensuring a seamless match between talent supply and demand, thereby providing robust human resource support for local economic and social development.
