On November 28, Li Yue, a third-level chief staff member of the Nanchang Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, along with Li Weiliang, an official from the Charity and Social Work Section, and other members of the delegation, paid a visit to the Nanchang Hongda Jianghua Scholarship Foundation to conduct an inspection and provide guidance.

Li Yue and her delegation conducted a thorough review of the Jianghua Foundation’s day-to-day operations and engaged in in-depth discussions on related issues.

The foundation’s director stated that the organization not only provides financial assistance—covering tuition and living expenses—for numerous students, but also actively encourages students from disadvantaged backgrounds to cultivate sound mindsets and uphold proper values, thereby putting the principle of “targeted poverty alleviation—empowering people through education” into practice.

The foundation adheres to the mission of “supporting students, the elderly, and persons with disabilities,” actively engaging in a wide range of social welfare initiatives, particularly implementing targeted poverty alleviation efforts to assist financially disadvantaged university students. To date, the foundation has provided assistance to more than 700 individuals, including students, persons with disabilities, and senior citizens, with total funding exceeding RMB 5.5 million.

The foundation actively fulfills its social responsibilities and champions public‑service initiatives, delivering practical support and heartfelt care to students through services that are both compassionate and meaningful.
